I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service and unstable services provided by 3commas, despite paying a yearly subscription fee. A friend of mine recommended Gainium as a potential alternative, and I have been impressed with the quality of your services.

As a user of 3com DCA bots with TradingView signals, I have a few suggestions for improving your DCA trading bots. Firstly, I would like to know when you plan to support margin trading. Currently, 3commas only supports Binance cross margin, and it would be great if you guys could support both cross & isolated margin. I prefer trading using margin because it uses the spot market, which is less prone to manipulation than the futures market.

Secondly, I would like to request that you support new JSON scripts to send signals using TradingView alerts to DCA bots. Specifically, I would like to be able to manually add more funds to a running deal, start trailing take profit (only if the trade is in a profitable area), and book partial profits for a deal.

In fact, I always send a start trailing JSON message from TradingView alert to the 3commas DCA bot for booking profits. I do not send a Close Deal message. This way, if my deal is profitable, it will start trailing, and if it is not, it will cancel. I cannot close a deal with a negative profit.
